The pr esent research has identified that mental expansion may non be accomplished in such a comfort zone. Substantial changes might result from tragedies forcing a person outside the comfort zone. Development phase theory, on the other hand, is based on the hypotheses that development is an irregular process that occurs through a series of phases in which individuals have distinct behaviors.
